Primary carrier for North America and Europe. Full signature-on-delivery and real-time tracking included on all shipments.
DHL Express
Used for Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and select international destinations. Proactive customs clearance support included.
Brinks Secure Logistics
Available on request for high-value pieces exceeding $25,000. Insured door-to-door with armed courier service.
All shipments are fully insured for the declared value of your piece. Tracking details are emailed automatically at dispatch.
We ship to over 80 countries worldwide. International orders ship from our atelier in Antwerp, Belgium.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by destination country. We declare the full insured value on all customs forms.
Restricted Countries
We currently cannot ship to sanctioned destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our concierge team for alternative arrangements.

All prices are displayed and charged in USD. Your card issuer applies the conversion rate at time of purchase.
Insurance
Every international shipment is insured for full replacement value. In the event of loss or damage in transit, we will remake your piece at no additional cost.

The unboxing is part of the experience. Every JWLZIFY piece ships in our signature presentation packaging, designed to reflect the craftsmanship inside.
Signature Lacquered Box
Your piece arrives in a rigid matte-black lacquered box with gold JWLZIFY embossing. Lined with custom-cut velvet to cradle your piece securely.
Authentication Card & Certificate
A hand-numbered certificate of authenticity, GIA stone documentation (where applicable), and your personalized design card are included with every order.
Discreet Outer Shipping
The presentation box is secured inside a plain outer carton with no external branding. Only a shipping label and barcode are visible externally.
Sustainable Materials
All packaging materials are FSC-certified and fully recyclable. Our velvet inserts are made from recycled textile fibres. We use zero single-use plastics.
